Handyman Automation

Handyman State LLC uses Handyman Automation on a company-operated computer to organize estimates and project records. It is used by the owner and authorized business staff, with no public signup.

Google Drive access. With the account holder’s authorization, the tool accesses Drive files available to that account, including shared files. It requests Google’s full Drive permission, which permits broad file access and changes. Its automated workflow uses that access to read file and folder details, locate project folders and existing estimates, copy the estimate template and its contents into a project folder, and create a missing job folder. It does not automatically fill estimate prices or line items.

Links and sharing. The tool places the estimate workbook’s link in the corresponding CompanyCam project document. Access follows the existing Google Drive and CompanyCam sharing settings; a workbook already shared with anyone who has its link may be accessible to those people. The automated workflow does not change permissions or move, rename or delete existing files. Separately authorized maintenance may correct a file’s location or its CompanyCam link.

Storage and use. Google authorization credentials are stored on the operating computer using Windows encryption for its signed-in user. Local working records contain project names and identifiers, file and folder identifiers and links, and processing results. These records have no automatic deletion schedule. Authorized operators may inspect relevant records to support and maintain the tool. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. Handyman Automation handles information received from Google APIs in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Customer records. Contact details used for accounting come from Wix forms and CompanyCam rather than spreadsheet contents. Their handling is covered by the rest of this policy.

Removing access. The account holder can revoke access through Google Account permissions. Revocation stops further authorized Drive access; it does not automatically delete existing Drive files, CompanyCam documents or local business records. Contact Handyman State LLC using the contact details below for questions or deletion requests.
